I am, primarily, contracted for private pay given how little insurance rates for reimbursement are, in combination with the amount of paperwork required when a third party payer is involved. Regardless, I am considered a qualified healthcare provider (NPI 1649515164) and am able to supply the necessary documentation for your family to initiate respective reimbursement requests for service provision as an 'out-of-network provider' with your health insurance carrier; or for the purposes of itemizing medical expenses on your annual tax return.
Supportive services are typically billed for by the hour at a standard rate for my profession, albeit I value the use of a sliding-scale to help us navigate change in a vessel built to best-suit your individualized needs and abilities. No secrets or hidden-costs. My financial needs assessment form can be readily accessed using this public document and applies to all Florida- and Ohio-state residents.
In an effort to provide services at no- to low-cost and still, I do contract with a third party behavioral health integration program in Ohio called Sondermind. If you are an Ohio state resident with mental health benefits through any of the following health insurance companies, we can work together at a fee equivalent to your "mental health copay" and benefits otherwise:
Aetna
Apostrophe
Anthem (BCBS of OH)
Bright Health Plan
Cigna & Cigna-EAP
Medicare: OH
United Healthcare of Ohio (All Savers, Student Resources, UMR)

If you are a returning client looking to access your electronic health records' account to obtain documentation &/or address an invoice, here is a direct link to your CounSol account; where you can also reset your username or password upon request.
For additional details on how I manage group offerings, some of which remain free of charge and open to the public; continue here.
If you've got lingering questions or concerns otherwise, feel free to send me an email with option to request a 15-minute curtesy-call.
