Brianna is amazing!  We have used Brianna as a resource in introducing yoga and meditation into our early childhood program.  She is very relatable, and our teachers found her ideas to be useful and easy to apply.  She was able to do workshops for our staff on how to integrate mindfulness practices into the classroom, as well as yoga for young children.  We love having Brianna conduct workshops whenever she can.  She is a wealth of information and works well with both children and adults.

Working with Brianna has been a fantastic experience for our family - we have two boys that have seen her on and off for years. She's incredibly creative in terms of both approaches during session AND in coming up with incentives for practiced use of strategies outside of her office (the backyard camping trip was a huge motivator!). Her sharp observations in the classroom led to many very helpful changes and suggestions for both teachers and our son who is enrolled in a rigorous enrichment programs. She is a knowledgeable and tireless advocate in meetings (especially when faced with any resistance from school staff). As our eldest has gotten older he has really liked working with her via phone, text and online - something she's always been willing to do even on the weekends. He always feels better after a chat with Ms. B. His parents to do! She's the best - truly, an invaluable member of our team.

Ms. Brianna is a loving and powerful leader that kids just love. She encourages kids of all ages to explore new concepts and poses, while practicing teamwork and demonstrating self-control. Ms. B.'s expertise in both counseling and wellness makes her class into a rich educational experience for kids. My two daughters enjoyed Ms. B.'s yoga classes over the past four years in Gainesville, FL. They were always excited to go to class, and to share with me the latest they have learnt at Ms. B.'s class.

Brianna is a wonderful and caring woman. She was an amazing and important part in my son's recovery, while he went through his cancer treatment at Shands hospital many years ago. She always put a smile on his face when she entered the room; and she always made the time spent with him special, as she did with many of the children in the hospital. She worked creatively with him to prepare us for the amputation of his leg - a result of the cancer - and years later, Brianna helped our son to have an incredibly empowering experience at Camp Boggy Creek's cancer week. Over the years (he was 7 at the time of diagnosis, a high school graduate - now); our family has looked forward to seeing Brianna when we return to Gainesville for oncology follow-up. She has always found time to meet with us, even though she no longer works for the hospital... She has made a positive impact on all of us. I can't express enough how wonderful she is as both a professional in her field & person in our lives!

Brianna is a genuine person that both my daughter and I found great benefit in working with. Raising teenage girls in today's society has a multitude of challenges, and it seemed like everything hit us around the same time - issues at home, issues with extended family, hormonal changes, & negative peer influences. As a mother, I felt like I was losing my daughter.

Our pediatrician referred us to Brianna, who was extremely proficient in looking at the issues from all angles and in explaining things in ways that felt age-appropriate. My daughter appreciated her dedication to confidentiality, which she identified as a priority during our initial session; unless - of course - she feared for someone's safety. Nevertheless, she was attuned to my concerns as a mom - when she saw worry/question marks in my eyes she would always comfort me with her opinion but without disclosing the details of respective conversations - something you may just have to experience to understand. She would provide tools and educate me as to the ways by which I might have more success in conversations with my daughter.

We appreciated the ways in which she flexes her schedule to meet the needs of families as they arise - she also seems to schedule sessions based on the needs of the patient; not to just take your money. In the thick of things, we would see her every few days. When things were calmer, we would stagger appointments at her recommendation. Currently, we are not seeing Brianna, however, every few weeks I ask my daughter if she would like to check in with her; as the door is always open for our return.

Life is full of speed bumps - for us, Brianna has been a real blessing!

Black and white picture of girl pointing at camera. A review for ADHD coach, ADD Coach, Academic Coach.

Before Ms. B, there was SO MUCH nagging, crying, and glaring between my daughter and myself. Now, there’s mutual respect, assertive communication, and ownership on both sides. We are down to a normal-level of pre-teen glaring (LOL).

When I think about how much money we parents spend on our kids to learn piano, soccer, math, you name it…I am amazed that we hesitate to spend the same amount of money on learning life skills that can be challenging for the ADHD brain like communication, organization, and self care. What’s the point of saving for college if we have to be there to get them up for class and remind them to study for their tests? What if they don't even try because they don't believe in themselves? What Ms. B brings to the table to address these challenges is worth every penny.

Brianna has been in our lives for the past few years - providing us with the tools needed to be successful parents to a rising teen with AD/HD and dyslexia. Her patience, compassion, genuine concern, and advocacy were many of the traits we looked for in a counselor/coach. She brought her 'A' game to every session and challenged our teen to become the best independent, individual he could become. She provided our teen with all the tools to be successful and then allowed him to make the choices a young adult must make in order to figure things out for himself. We have been blessed by the time Brianna has been guiding/coaching all of us - connecting us to valuable resources and creating them when they seemed not to exist.

Now, as parents of an 18 year-old soon to be high school senior, we are allowing him to make his choices and face the consequences - both good and bad - of those choices.  As hard as it is to sit back and let him rise and/or fall, it will be the only way he learns true independence, to become a productive member of society. Without our time with Brianna, the current path would have been harder (if not impossible) to find and forge.  We are grateful for her, what she has done, and what she continues to do. A true blessing for parents but most importantly - the children she helps guide through their individual lives.

My husband and I said “Let’s have a baby!” We did not say, “Let’s be teachers, behavioral psychologists, tutors, counselors, etc.!” Ms. B helps mind the gap where our expertise ends. We still have to put in the work ourselves, but we couldn't do this gig without her.

After our son was diagnosed with dyslexia, he started visits with Brianna that, in tandem with weekly yoga sessions, provided our family with tangible tools to assist his success at school and at home. We are so indebted to Brianna for her preparation for his sessions and deep understanding of our areas for growth.
